Electric mobility project for recharging vehicles
The company Abertis commissions Evectra, a company in the im3 group, to design the installation of two recharging devices for electric vehicles in the Vallcarca toll area.
The concession operator AUCAT, part of the ABERTIS group, which runs and operates the C-32 South motorway (El Vendrell – Gavà) plans to purchase electric vehicles for maintenance work on the motorway. It has therefore commissioned EVECTRA to draw up the plan defining a new recharging infrastructure for vehicles of this type in its own fleet.
Abertis is making a major commitment to renew its fleet with more sustainable vehicles and has started up a project to install recharging points to provide its vehicles with the necessary infrastructure.
The project envisages the expansion of low-voltage electrical infrastructures to install a fast charging system and a slow charging system in the Vallcarca toll area on the C-32 motorway. One of these will be in the car park by the toll control building, in the south-western part of the site, while the other will be in the car park in the south-eastern part.
