im3’s Division 1 begins a new strategic phase under the name Division 1 Civil Engineering, an identity that more accurately reflects its growing and decisive contribution to the im3 Group

This team, which for years has driven projects for public administrations and private companies, continues to consolidate itself as an essential pillar in urban development and the execution of linear works in Spain, Chile, Brazil, Peru, Colombia, and the USA.

Its evolution not only represents recognition of the work accomplished, but also a clear commitment to the future: greater presence, greater impact, and a stronger capacity to open the door to new opportunities within im3.

With this renewal, we strengthen our shared vision and the potential for collaboration with the rest of the im3 Group’s areas, which will find in Division 1 Civil Engineering a strategic partner to take on larger-scale projects.

We move forward with identity, direction, and ambition. The future is built starting today.
