Im3 Solutions develops a custom app for the quality department of Le Meridien Ra

Le Meridien Ra is located in El Vendrell, on the Costa Daurada, 40 minutes from Barcelona. Le Meridien Ra Beach Hotel + Spa offers an ideal base from which to explore the Mediterranean coast. It offers a truly unique experience in each of its 144 smart rooms and suites, with an extensive menu to choose from in all its restaurants and bars.

The mobile solution simplifies quality control and maintenance in all areas at Le Meridien Ra. The iPad and Filemaker Go are used to carry out daily inspections of housekeeping, meticulously detailed to ensure that when guests get to their rooms everything will meet the high quality standards required at a hotel that in 2016 was chosen as best beach hotel in Spain by the prestigious international magazine National Geographic Traveler Russia.

The work done by im3 Solutions took in all phases: from initial consulting where the main aim was to streamline processes and speed up data collection. This generated value for the quality department, enabling them to gain the time to carry out detailed analysis of data and make decisions.

Improvement work is still ongoing, with the im3 development team producing solutions for rapid implementation in order to carry on improving and offering new, better solutions to our clients.
