Eles foram encarregados de projetar tanto os aspectos civis quanto os eletromec\u00e2nicos de acordo com as premissas estabelecidas pelo cliente, em conson\u00e2ncia com as v\u00e1rias reuni\u00f5es t\u00e9cnicas realizadas. No projeto foi utilizada a metodologia BIM, e o produto final representa a padroniza\u00e7\u00e3o para este tipo de constru\u00e7\u00e3o, no qual facilita a defini\u00e7\u00e3o do cronograma do projeto executivo e redu\u00e7\u00e3o do custo por conta da parametriza\u00e7\u00e3o dos materiais. Na figura 1, o projeto civil \u00e9 apresentado, enquanto na figura 2, \u00e9 demonstrado o projeto eletromec\u00e2nico.
